All-In Coaching

There are several facets of strength training that go into reaching your full potential, especially if you’re serious about your progress and are thinking about competing. You have to lay out a plan that works for you and adapts to your life, regularly check in on what the data from each week shows you to make adjustments, and have backup plans for when life throws a wrench at your training. Your nutrition impacts your muscular growth potential, your conditioning level can be the difference between finishing your last set or not in the gym, and your recovery is instrumental to making progress. If you value your training and making progress on your goals and you want help balancing all facets of your training – including conditioning, recovery, and nutrition – but don’t have the time to develop and implement your own plan, this coaching option is perfect for you.


SBF All-In Training is coaching and programming for anyone who already understands the basics of strength training and wants to take their training to the next level, or is even considering competing. Programming and a nutrition/recovery plan is designed using the latest research in exercise science and experiential data. Together we will build you a lifting and nutrition program that is optimal within the context of your life, progresses at your own pace, and adapts to your needs and recovery. We’ll also have regular check-ins to see how everything is going and make changes as necessary.


Coaching is about much more than just changing spreadsheets every couple of weeks. I'm here to build a genuine relationship with you and provide you with support, guidance, mentoring, and education. I truly believe that we can both learn so much from one another, and in doing so, we'll work together to set reasonable goals and expectations, and work toward them in a healthy, safe, and sustainable way.

Who is it for?

  • Beginner and advanced lifters alike who want to learn how to improve their skills in the gym and take their training to the next level
  • Lifters who want to focus on their goals by honing in on the added facets of nutrition in order to get bigger and/or stronger
  • Lifters who want or need more guidance or support in regards to their lifting program and their plans to meet their goals
  • Lifters who have some training experience but want to learn more about how to build and progress an individualized strength/physique training program, and how to interpret training data and utilize it to make changes
  • Lifters who are interested in potentially competing in a physique show or powerlifting meet
  • Lifters who are interested in focusing on powerlifting at an amateur or recreational level, and build strength in the Big 3 Power Lifts
  • Lifters who are interested in building complete, overall strength in other specific lifts including or outside of just the Big 3 Powerlifts (such as Overhead Press, Rows, Pull-Ups, specific Bench variations, etc.)
  • Anyone at any skill level who wants to build general, full-body, overall strength, but doesn’t know which lifts to start with/focus on
  • Anyone who wants to feel empowered by seeing just how strong your body can truly be and what it’s capable of
  • Anyone interested in pursuing their body’s muscle-building potential, curious about just how far you can push your physique

What do you get?

  • An initial, judgement-free assessment of your current skill and education level when it comes to lifting and strength training (just to see where we’ll be starting from!)
  • A 1-hour video consultation with me to determine your goals, get to know you and your needs, and build your program together
  • A movement screening to see where you’re at with technique, and what changes we need to make to your technique/programming to make your lifting more efficient*
  • An evolving, customized lifting and conditioning program to build strength and/or muscle based on your goals. This will be a spreadsheet-based program and will be tailored to fit your life: your needs, preferences, schedule, access to equipment, ability, skill level, and goals.
  • A complementary nutrition plan and regular assessment of your recovery plan to help support your training in a long-term, sustainable way
  • A folder of resources on how to track your progress and implement the program we build
  • Video or voice message check-ins with me every 2 weeks where you report to me in order to assess progress
  • Detailed, individualized correspondence with me every 2 weeks in response to our check-ins
  • Science-based education on how your lifting program will meet your goals and be optimal within the context of your life

The recommended full price is $110 per month, but the minimum price is only $90 per month, charged automatically each month until we feel you are ready to continue your own programming and training independently. You can choose to pay the full $110 per month, or more – as much as you feel the coaching services are worth. The extra money will go directly to paying for coaching services for those who cannot afford to pay full price. I have lower sliding-scale prices available upon request. I am also willing to negotiate barter-and-trading of services. No matter what, I do not turn anyone away due to lack of funds, so if you are concerned please send me an email and we'll figure something out for you.

So where do I start?

All new clients must begin by filling out the intake and application forms, which can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. After submitting the form, you will receive an email from nat on the next steps you’ll need to take to pay for this coaching service and schedule our initial consultation. Please be patient and allow at least 3 business days to receive this email response to your application.

If you are a returning client, please email me at natveiga@udel.edu letting me know. I will send you the link to the payment page so you can go directly to pay and book a video consultation with me right away. You will not have to fill out another application and intake form.




**Disclaimer: This is coaching, programming, support, and education for amateur/recreational lifters, or lifters in a specific strength sport (e.g. bodybuilding/physique sports, powerlifting, etc.) If you are looking for strength & conditioning coaching for another sport that involves or is related to resistance training (e.g. American football, wrestling, basketball, etc.), I would strongly recommend hiring a sports-specific coach/trainer, or a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. If you are looking for a targeted nutrition plan for weight loss/management or for support of non-lifting athletic endeavors, I would strongly recommend hiring a registered dietitian.
